Since 2022, the Latin American Soldiers Committee in Canada is dedicated to recovering the names and stories of Latinos who served in the Canadian Armed Forces in various wars and battles.

MISSION VISION
Mission
Tell the story of contributions the Latin American did voluntarily when joining the Canadian Armed Forces during the First and Second World War as well other Wars and operations. The Committee recounts the experience in the war that changed the world—why it was fought, how it was won, and what it means today—so that all Canadians with Latin American roots generations will understand the price of freedom and be inspired by what they learn.
Vision
Inspire Canadians with Latin American roots not only the young but the old generations, to embrace the lessons of this monumental global conflict such as World Wars and others from its stories of heroism, human tragedies, voices of liberation, and the fruits and responsibilities of victory.
